– The children here in this video are being put in police cruisers because they will be delivered to their local Child Protection Service [CPS] for processing. There, they will be tagged and numbered (like cattle) and prepared to be farmed out to a FOSTER HOMES where a profit will be made upon their delivery and subsequent stay as “kept” or “imprisoned” children.
