The always controversial 25 year old, Lindsay Lohan, reportedly showed up 40 minutes late for community service work today because she says she got lost and didn’t know what door to use – she tweeted after saying “I’m sorry for the confusion that I may of caused to those at the Coroner’s office. Won’t happen again, now I know where to go!”

Never the less, the Coroner’s office confirms that the L.A. County Morgue turned her away over her tardiness today – only one day after having her probation revoked!

Yes, despite receiving a “glowing” report from her psychiatrist. Lohan appeared before Judge Stephanie Sautner on Wednesday, where her probation was revoked for missing too many court-mandated community service obligations.

After posting a $100,000 bail Lohan is due back in court on November 2nd and faces a sentence of 18 months behind bars, if the Judge decides that she hasn’t followed through on her responsibilities.

Will this ever end or will she continue circling the drain?
