So far, the Trump fingerprints are all over the political double dealing perpetrated by the current Department of Injustice and Criminality. Perhaps, Pedophile Defenders is another mantra for the effect of what they are doing, but their real defense is exclusively for their boss – not the people — Donald J. Trump.
The impact of what they are doing is widespread. It not only affects our democracy, but also ultimately resounds globally regarding humanity’s very existence. Anything that sharpens the edge of Trump’s fascist sword has an impact on the mutilation of a living planet, and the majority of occupants.
There is a certain finality regarding Trump’s status and power if he wins the Epstein battle. The current battle pits decency vs pure evil, privilege and power vs goodness and fairness. If the victims, decency, and fairness are defeated by a vile, cruel, and lawless Trump and his ruthless sycophants, then the global cause of order and honesty is sunk.
When child abuse by the rich and powerful holds preference over the innocence of children, then basic tenets of decency are lost, society descends to the dregs of dishonor and decadence. Equal treatment before the law is a badge of honor and decency. When this falls as it has over the last half century, the social order falls with it.
It is the last scene of the classic western when the rotten, lawless, and vile crooks are pitted against the law-abiding core of honor. Our society’s code of honor and decency depends on it.
Trump, the evil-doer, his fingerprints are all over the Department of Injustice’s cruelty and double-dealing, their dishonesty, and their dishonor. Trump’s middle finger overshadows and dominates the intentions, the honesty, and the legitimacy of the release.
It includes a miniscule release (about 10%) of irrelevant data, unredacted release of victim names, but redacted perpetrators, The two accusers, Murina Lacerda and Jena-Lisa Jones, and unrevealed victims are unredacted. This, considering nearly 1000 FBI agents removing many references to Trump’s name in the Epstein files, is disgusting, not to speak of Trump’s political subterfuge. The release tries to steer suspicions toward hated Clintons rather than himself and his rich perps. It shows the same wrathful vengeance Trump has for his accusers and critics like James Comey and Liticia James.
What needs to be done to help assure the victory of the people, and of democracy? Jamie Raskin has a workable solution. Since the statute passed to require the honest release of Epstein files, has no real teeth, more general penalties must be imposed.
But before that happens, an honest broker, a neutral magistrate must be appointed to make sure the data is clean, properly redacted, and relevant. This has proven to be impossible with a Department of Justice in the pocket of Donald Trump. It must be overseen and forced.
A bi-partisan Congress must agree on the choice of an honest broker, much like the veto-proof majority that approved the full release of Epstein files. Trump would veto any honest release of Epstein data. He is obviously protecting himself and many of his rich friends – much evidence points to this in Epstein estate releases, victim statements, journalists, and NYT stories, for example.
