NH Primary and Politicians: Quotes and Responses

NH Primary and Politicians: Quotes and Responses

By OcJim

Experiencing the insanity of several self-absorbed Republican candidates, I have put together some thoughts for and responses to politicians, especially the Republicans who have mottled the public [pubic] airwaves with their self-serving babble and Bible.

For Rick Santorum, his stands on sex, birth control, abortion, and marriage:

Life begins at erection (Bill Maher).

Marriage is for a transgender.

Progressives for a contraception roll-back (Could be seen on a bumper sticker).

A former president:

I did not have sax/sex/six/sox/sux with that woman. (utilizing the vowels: a,e,i,o,u)

What’s the matter on your pants? (A physicist asked)

For Mitt Romney: “Corporations are people, my friend.”

I won’t believe corporations are people until Texas executes one (Bill Moyers).

Rick Perry said/sad-isms:

([Ben Bernanke] “Printing more money to play politics at this particular time in American history is almost treacherous – or treasonous in my opinion.”

Thoughts by others: Opening his mouth is almost treacherous – or treasonous in some opinions.

“I will tell you: It’s three agencies of government, when I get there, that are gone: Commerce, Education and the – what’s the third on there?”

Thoughts by others: There are three reasons for Perry’s running for president: money, money, and…?

“You can always follow me on Tweeter. [Twitter]”

Question: “Birds in his head?”

Herman Cain:

“I didn’t know I was a conservative when it didn’t matter to me growing up.”

English teacher trying to correct or decipher the meaning of this Herman Cain sentence:

I didn’t know I was growing up when it didn’t matter that I was a conservative.

I didn’t know it didn’t matter I was a conservative when growing up.

When growing up, it didn’t matter that I was a conservative because I didn’t know.

“The hell with it!”

Newt Gingrich:

“I have enormous personal ambition. I want to shift the entire planet. And I’m doing it. I am now a famous person. I represent real power.”

Will his head explode or will the planet?

Ron Paul:

“Truth is treason in the empire of lies.” (The Revolution: a Manifesto [Maybe out of context?])

Sounds eloquent, but if our empire is currently maintained through lies, will we be executed for stating the truth?

Michele Bachmann:

One of many gaffes:

“Well what I want them to know is just like, John Wayne was from Waterloo, Iowa. That’s the kind of spirit that I have, too.” (June 2011)

Not the beloved movie star John Wayne, who was born in Winterset, Iowa, but John Wayne Gacy, a notorious serial killer

Jon Huntsman:

Too quiet and/or clear-headed to compete well in the primaries.

That’s all folks.
